MY TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME!

USE OF MY ART
• Acknowledge that I (mio777, the artist) maintain all rights to my artwork, this includes adding pieces to my portfolio and posting them on my social medias.
• Any art that has been commissioned/drawn by me is by default private/personal use only. For commercial use, a 100% fee will be charged.
• You may not edit, modify, trace or copy any of my artwork.
• Character redesigns are permitted.
• You may Resell/Regift/Trade my designs as you please.
• Resale of my designs at an increased price only permitted if value is added to the character. (eg. art, literature, etc.)
• Removing or obstruction of my watermark is prohibited under any circumstance. When using my art, credit to me (mio777) or a link to my socials must be provided.
PAYMENT DETAILS
• To commission me please fill out the form listed on the commissions page and send it to me through DMs (direct messages) on any of my socials
• Please note that my commissions are not FCFS (first come first serve) meaning I have the right to decline any commission if I do not feel comfortable with or are unable to illustrate what has been requested.
• All payments must be made by PayPal or Kofi only!
• Full payment is required before I begin the piece.
• My prices are fixed! Please do not try to haggle for a lower price, If you have a budget I will tell you what I can offer you.
• Refunds are not available, unless I am unable to complete the commission! This is due to transfer fees and exchange rates, so please be sure before making any payments.
PROCESS DETAILS
• Casual quotes can be requested to gauge a commission price.
• If you would like to see where you are in my commission line you can view my waitlist
• I will send you a sketch at which point you can request for any changes to be made.
• After the sketch has been confirmed you may not make any further major changes(minor changes permitted)
• You may request WIPs at any point in the drawing.
• Please be patient and aware that I am still a student, therefore artwork can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks or longer in some cases. A deadline can be arranged with an extra fee.
• Be aware you are purchasing a digital copy of the artwork, not a print.
